Siawa Realty follows the same concept i.e. how can they bring together unique talent, guide them and train them to be the finest in the business. However, the talent is wasted if we do not bring a strong platform. Originally formulating this concept was the idea generated by Founder Awais Surahyo (20+ experience in Financial world including real estate) experiencing through different businesses specially MLM world in early 2000s. It was a thought that If we bring multi-level in the real estate world … much more of taking it up a notch i.e. what if it is 1st hybrid solution in a market providing one stop shop with different compensation models fulfilling every realtor’s dream.

And Siawa Realty was born. Siawa is advancing towards the virtual/cloud brokerage model, prioritizing convenience, efficiency, and accessibility for our sales force. We are harnessing cutting-edge technology, and training to provide our clients with exceptional experiences. In response to the rising demand for hybrid work environments, we are implementing both traditional and non-traditional compensation models such as revenue share opportunities to better support our sales force and deliver exceptional outcomes.
